Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program

The Managed Forest Tax Incentive Program (MFTIP) offers a 75% reduction in property tax of eligible forested areas. Both upland and lowland ecosystems will be surveyed and mapped to be included in the Managed Forest Plan. The objectives and land stewardship goals will be established and included in the plan.
